1994: 

Jieyang Guangxing Trading Co., Ltd.

Established in Aug., 1994. The earliest predecessor of Guangfeng. It mainly engaged in the import of stainless steel materials. 

2002: 

Jieyang Guangfeng T rading Co., Ltd. 

Established in Aug., 2002. It mainly engaged in the wholesale of domestic and international stainless steel materials.

2005: 

Guangdong Guangfeng Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.

Established in Feb., 2005. Formerly known as  Jiedong Guangfeng Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. It is the first important stainless steel cold rolling production base of Guangfeng in Eastern Guangdong area. 

Guangfeng (Zhaoqing) Steel Industry Co., Ltd.

Established in June, 2005. It is the second large scale stainless steel cold rolling and pipe-making production base of Guangfeng in Pearl River Delta region. 

Jiedong Guangfeng Steel Strip Co., Ltd.

Established in May, 2005. It is a steel strip manufacturer invested by Guangfeng Industrial Group in order to integrate and optimize enterprise resources. 

Foshan Guangfeng Steel Industry Co, Ltd.

Established in Nov., 2005. It is the first sales and service center of Guangfeng and the large stainless steel traders in Southern China. It also is the core agent of Baosteel, Chengde, Dingxin and other famous steel factories. It had beome a Group Corporation in 2015. 

2007: 

Guangfeng (Wuxi) Steel Industry Co, Ltd. 

Established in Oct., 2007. It is the second sales and service center of Guangfeng and the famous stainless steel trader in Eastern China.

2008: 

Jjieyang Shipyard Co., Ltd.

Established in Oct., 1998, Taken over by Guangfeng in June, 2008. It is the industry extension of Guangfeng acquisition and reorganization project on the basis of doing well in stainless steel main industry.

2010: 

Guangfeng Steel Strip Industry Co, Ltd. 

Established in Feb., 2010. It specializes in roll making. It is the fourth production base invested by Guangfeng for deepening and extending its stainless steel chain, enhancing the Group competitiveness and improving supporting services. 

Jiangsu Guanghui Steel Industry Co, Ltd.

Established in May, 2010. It is the fifth production base invested by Guangfeng for better serving domestic customers of stainless steel market in Eastern China.
